What I do

I’m a systems strategist, healer, and doer.

I work with governments, organizations, and communities to design and implement data-informed, human-centered solutions that actually stick.

I don’t just tell people what to do—I roll up my sleeves and help them do it.

Whether it’s leading multi-agency data initiatives, building capacity in burnt-out teams, or reimagining how government tech can serve real people, I bring lived experience, technical fluency, and a deep belief in the power of systems built with love and rigor.

I’m not a PowerPoint person. I’m a let’s-build-this-together person.

My work is rooted in practice, not posturing. I partner closely with clients to design systems that align with their values and make their work easier—not harder. I bring honesty, curiosity, and the capacity to hold complexity without turning it into corporate jargon.
